Judge OKs $100 Million Video Game Lawsuit Against Beyonce
A Manhattan Supreme Court Justice rejected Beyonce Knowles request to toss out a $100 million lawsuit against her by a video game maker who alleges the superstar singer abandoned its project to make a dance videogame.
The suit, filed in April, accuses Knowles of a ““bad faith breach of contract so callous that, on what appeared to be a whim, she destroyed Gate Five’s business and drove 70 people into unemployment, the week before Christmas.”
