Kate Middleton royal pregnancy buzz
No doubt Kate Middleton (we’re supposed to call her Catherine, Duchess of Something, now) will look adorable when she’s pregnant. And if the rumors are true about her baby bump, we’ll see all sorts of new maternity-wear ideas we didn’t think of before, but of course she did.
I see Kate going a little organic, more Isabella Oliver and less the too-sexy The Pea in a Pod. The Hatch Collection provides some naturally pretty maternity wear without the in-your-face attention on the bump.
In fact, I don’t see Kate Middleton being all about the bump at all.
The pregnancy rumors started a few weeks back when Kate refused to taste a peanut paste at a UNICEF event. Peanuts are a no-no for pregnant people. Then she shunned champagne at a party.
The couple are remodeling their apartment at Kensington Palace, which leads royal watchers to further believe a baby is on the way. And finally there is the news of a sudden new rule of succession to the throne — that, yes, first-born females can inherit the crown. Does that mean a girl is on the way?
